Happy Halloween

This year’s ALOHA HALLOWEEN will feature a Halloween Scavenger Hunt, safely held along the walking paths near Oyumino Station.

With our annual theme, “Adults and kids, have fun to the fullest!”, all participants are encouraged to dress up in costumes and enjoy the most exciting Halloween ever!

今年のALOHA HALLOWEENは、Halloween Scavenger Huntを行い、おゆみ野駅付近の遊歩道を安全に歩いて開催致いたします。

毎年恒例の大人も子供も全力で楽しむ！！をテーマに、参加者全員が仮装をして、最高に楽しいハロウィンを味わいましょう！

Scavenger Hunt

Please be punctual!　5:15pmで締め切ります。

-Location-場所

Registration starts at 4:30 PM at AIS.
Participants will receive a map and then start the hunt on their own.

Aloha International Schoolにて4:30pmより受付開始し、Mapを受け取って各自スタートします。

-Participants-参加条件

Participants must wear a costume.

Participants must follow the rules of etiquette.

-Registration Dead Line-申込締切日

October 23 at 9:00pm

(Registration will not be accepted after the dead line.)

*定員50名になり次第締め切ります。

-Fee-参加費

Participation fee of ¥1,000.
Accompanying persons who do not wish to receive treats do not need to pay the fee.

参加費1,000円

お菓子不要の付き添いは参加費はかかりません。

For Aloha International School students who wish to participate,
please bring 1,000 yen in cash in an envelope to the school by October 23.

AISの生徒で参加希望者は、23日までに現金1,000円を封筒に入れてスクールにご持参下さい。

For general participants,
please pay the participation fee at the reception in front of Aloha International School on the event day.
Kindly bring the exact amount, as no change will be provided.

一般の方は、当日Aloha International School前の受付にて参加費をお支払い下さい。その際おつりはないようご持参下さい。

-How to Register-予約方法

Registration will be available on Aloha International School’s website from Friday, October 10th.

*After you make the fee payment, there is a 100% cancellation fee.

10/10(金)よりスクールウェブサイトにて受付開始。

*申込後はキャンセル料100%が発生します。

-Weather-雨天時

In case of rain on the 31st, candy will be distributed in front of Aloha International School between 2:30–2:45 PM and 4:30–5:00 PM.

Candy distribution is only for those who have reserved a spot for the Scavenger Hunt.

31日が雨天の場合には、Aloha International School前にて、2:30pm-2:45pm/ 4:30pm-5:00pmまで間でお菓子を配布致します。お菓子の配布は、Scavenger Huntのご予約を頂いた方に限ります。

Halloween Costume Cotest

This year’s costume contest will be an international Halloween event connecting Japan, the U.S., Australia and Mexico, held on Instagram.
今年のコスチュームコンテストは、日本・アメリカ・オーストラリア・メキシコをつなぐ国際的なハロウィンコンテストを、SNSで開催します。

Post your Halloween costume photo on your account (NOT REEL)
Tag our official account and use the hashtag #aishalloween25
Make sure your post is public so we can see it!
Entries accepted until October 31.
1st Place $100gift cards, 2nd $50gift cards, 3rd $20gift cards
Top 3 announcement: November 5 at 9:00 p.m(Hawaii Time)

*Entries will not be accepted if either the follow or hashtag is missing.

*Posts made before October 15 won’t count, so make sure to post after that date!

*To prevent fraud or impersonation, gift cards will be awarded through each country’s representative. Those selected as the Top 3 will be asked to verify their name, entry country, and the country representative’s name. Prizes cannot be awarded to anyone whose identity cannot be confirmed. Currently, eligible participating countries with appointed representatives are limited to Japan, the USA, Australia, and Mexico.
