CEO & Founder

Aloha! I’m Lena, founder and CEO of Aloha International School. Without compromise, I’ve raised my three children as bilinguals while living in Japan.

Since 2019, AIS has proudly nurtured many bilingual children. Now based in Hawaii, we offer a unique curriculum that develops creativity, expression, and independence.

Becoming an English speaker is not a dream. With dedication and the right environment, every child can achieve their full potential. Let’s support your child’s growth together!

アロハ！私は Aloha International School 代表のLena です。“徹底した英語教育環境” に妥協せず、日本にいながら実子3人をバイリンガルに育ててきました。2019年の開校以来、多くのバイリンガルキッズを育ててきた実績を誇りに、独自カリキュラムを確立。2025年に拠点をハワイに移し、よりアメリカの教育現場での実践を取り入れ、子どもたちの感性・表現力・主体性を最大限に引き出す指導に注力しています。

どのお子さまも English Speaker に育てることは夢ではありません。保護者の想いと徹底した環境のもと、確かな成果と無限の可能性が必ず拓けます。親子で国際的な視野を育みながら、一緒にお子さまの成長をサポートしていきましょう！

Head Teacher

Hello! I am Ms. Trisha, the head teacher of Aloha International School. I was born and raised in Beckley, West Virginia in the United States. From a young age, I was taught the importance of education and community. Now, as the parent of two children myself, I fully understand the challenges of raising and maintaining bilingual children in Japan. These experiences have helped to shape my strong belief that full immersion, such as what we provide at AIS, is essential to helping students maximize their English skills. We are able to achieve this thanks to an environment that fosters the use of English naturally through fun events and activities based on American culture.

こんにちは！アロハインターナショナルスクール園長の、トリシャです。
私はアメリカ、ウェストバージニア州ベックリーで生まれ育ちました。幼い頃から、教育とコミュニティの大切さを学んできました。
現在は二人の子どもを育てる親として、日本でバイリンガルの子どもを育てる難しさやサポートの重要性を身をもって理解しています。これらの経験から、AISで提供しているようなフルイマージョン環境が、子どもたちの英語力を最大限に伸ばすために不可欠だと強く信じています。

私たちは、アメリカの文化を取り入れた楽しいイベントやアクティビティを通して、自然に英語が使える環境を作ることで、バイリンガルキッズの育成を実現しています。この素晴らしい冒険に、皆さんが参加してくださることをとても楽しみにしています！
